For close to 20 years, Sharla Sterling has been leading the development of strategies and programs that fuel organizational and employee development. She’s considered a trusted HR advisor who is solidly committed to finding new opportunities to grow her clients to the next level. Sharla has worked for global and local organizations throughout Upstate New York and is excited to be able to now share her expertise through future partnerships with clients. She attended the University at Albany, NY where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Master of Social Work in Organizational Social Work and MBA in Human Resource Information Systems. Sharla also holds dual certifications in Human Resources.
